Shipping and Returns at Pearl37
Delivery Time
If you order on a working day before 23:59, your order will be shipped the next working day via our delivery partner. You will usually receive your package at home quickly.
What if my order has not been received?
Due to high volume, deliveries may occasionally be slightly delayed. Has your order not arrived yet? Please contact us at info@pearl37.nl. We will immediately check the status of your package and assist you further.
Returns and Exchanges
Do you want to return or exchange a product? Send an email to info@pearl37.nl with your name, order number (e.g. #0000), and the reason for the return. We will then send you the return address and further instructions. After that, you can return the package via a courier service of your choice.
Return Shipping Costs
Returns are at your own expense. The costs depend on the shipping service you have chosen. Return Conditions
Products can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
